Pestguard specializes in large scale termite and pest control treatments for condominium, apartment, commercial and residential properties. Our team of commercial and condominium specialists have a minimum of eight years experience and apply a “hands on” approach to all properties they service. Our staff is highly trained and we are proud of the fact we do not have the high turnover rate of other companies. Our dedicated representatives are committed to offering their clients “Quality without compromise”.
Our company philosophy is to treat every property as if it were our own, by offering only the best possible treatments for each structure. We refuse to offer a customer a second-rate treatment just for the sake of increasing our sales. The treatments we prescribe for your properties are the same ones we have applied on our own homes. We believe in being proactive rather than reactive by offering free inspections to residential, condominium, apartment and commercial properties to identify any termite and pest concerns and to identify conditions conducive to infestation.
We currently service the entire state of Florida and are in the process of expanding to California in the near future. Our parent company, Pestguard Fumigating, Inc., is currently the largest, privately owned structural fumigator in the state and our tarp division, American Tarp and Accessories, manufactures and sells fumigation tarps and accessories all across the country. Pestguard is a multi-chapter sponsor of CAI and has memberships in COMA and BMI. Our president, Roger Mensing III is an accredited CEU instructor for these organizations.
